Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website or make a purchase.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
Products & Availability
CLAUDZ carries curated merchandise that may be available in limited quantities.
We make every effort to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, sizing, and inventory accurate. However, minor differences in color, appearance, or packaging may occur.
Because some inventory is limited and may sell through multiple sales channels, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you and provide an appropriate resolution.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse an order when reasonably necessary.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Orders may be subject to verification before fulfillment.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout when required.
Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
CLAUDZ reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If CLAUDZ cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Exchanges & Store Credit
CLAUDZ does not offer refunds back to the original form of payment for eligible customer-initiated returns.
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size, the same product, another available product, or returned for CLAUDZ store credit when requested within 7 days of delivery.
All merchandise must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Exchange & Store Credit Policy.
Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

All merchandise sold by CLAUDZ is guaranteed authentic.
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit, fake, or replica merchandise.

All content appearing on claudz.com, including branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, website design, and original content, is owned by or licensed to CLAUDZ unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.

One thing: if Shopify already has an automated Terms of Service generated, I would not necessarily delete the whole automated version. Shopify’s template may already contain more boilerplate protection. If you show me what’s currently in that box, I can tell you whether to keep it and edit a few sections or replace it with this version.
